From New Atheists to Fascists

Very good summary of how internet atheists became Nazi-apologists. https://thebaffler.com/latest/new-atheisms-idiot-heirs-nichols?utm_content=buffer2b8ee&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer For years we've all talked about how racist and sexist the atheist/skepti...

U know what I mean bitch. Men only approve of an idealized form of manhood, but hate real/human men. Obviously that's all rooted in misogyny, but one of the effects is a general hatred of people.

Last Jedi trailer

I think I would be pretty hyped for this movie if we didn't have so many potential apocalyptic scenarios breathing down our necks(I haven't looked forward to any movies in quite a while), but the trailer is good.

Strangers at a train station randomly play piano together. I wonder if the first guy was initially annoyed that his solo session was interrupted. Times GOT opening theme was heard within the show(spoilers)

The theme(or some variation of it) is rarely used in the show, I think, but first time I actually noticed it's use was during Jon Snow's "King in the North" sequence. I assumed that was the only time it was used and that it was meant to signify something. Then I later randomly watched some...

There are things about Conor McGregor I can appreciate. I like his fighting style and his showmanship(though it can get a bit obnoxious)...but his fans are crazy delusional(and racist). Melancholic dance music

What's the deal with this? There is a lot of house/trance/club music that have a subtle melancholic feel to it. And the last thing I want is to feel sad and reflective when I'm dancing. Right, one of the opening scenes of the show is Ned(the "good guy") executing an innocent man. I believe even Jon has executed a person simply for being defiant. So within that context, I'm not sure why people are surprised by Dany's decision...and see it as something particularly evil. An...
