There's a lot of negative reaction to the decision. Understandable since I don't foresee me using imdb much without the boards.

Movies I saw on Netflix

Because Paramount pulled it's theatrical release. I saw The Little Prince. I really like this. It was visually interesting and I really cared about the girl and what she would do. I must admit I didn't quite get her trip through space. A bit weird for my taste. But it was weird in an "ok, don't...

This is one thing I don't mind being accused of gendoing. Hidden Figures - This is a great movie. The actors are all great, the timing of the writing is well balanced to know when to be lighthearted and when to remind the people thos was 1961 VA. I really don't know what else to say other than that....

Toxic masculinity won't let me see a Disney princess movie in the theater. She makes it very clear she's not a princess, meta jokes aside. Plus The Rock being in it should counter any toxic masculinity. Oh, and aside from Aladfin, Flynn, and Naveen, I don't consider the princes rogues. And there is...

I'm not sure how much negative you give for a movie being formulaic, but Moana still has a lot of familiar aspects to the Disney Princess formula. There's even some jokes about it in the movie. I liked it, but I can see where Anakin is coming from. However, in my opinion it's because the writing for the story is there, but not the characters. They weren't that intersting & beyond them getting the plans, there didn't feel like any personal stakes.
