They did use her necklace to smuggle the poison (in the show, not the books), so I don't know how she didn't know what was going down, but there's a scene later where her grandmother point blank tells her she killed Joffrey and she's all shocked, like what?

I rewatched the series earlier this year and it seems she didn't know her grandmother poisoned Joffrey. I previously had the impression she was in on it, but maybe that was just in the books?Cassius Clay wrote:She was always a step ahead...and she would have lived if not for that Bernie Sanders-looking fuck.

Yeah, it's hard to sympathize with someone who decides to be a monster. Like Castor said in that other thread, Batman and Joker both have tragic back stories, but the trajectories they took in life were polar opposites. Pedophiles can let their unfortunate circumstances turn them into the Joker, lik...

He killed a tyrannical ruler he was supposed to serve, but for very different reasons than Vader. I don't think that's enough to say it's "straight up Return of the Jedi," although I admit it's a similarity I've never noticed. He also had a hand chopped off, which is very Star Warsy, but t...

Well, it's not JUST a comedy. Probably its greatest triumph is that it really nails what it's like to be lost and alone (both literally and figuratively, as in both characters are having something of an existential crisis) in an alien culture. The impressionistic use of cinematography, music, and e...

I'd add Wu Tang's CREAM to the list. If you pay attention to the lyrics, it's a scathing indictment of how cruel and heartless the world of capitalism can be (and it speaks about racism as well). I've brought this up several times on here, and tried to correct incorrect usage of the term pedophile, but it seemed like it was falling on deaf ears, so I gave up. Nobody seems to care about differentiating between the terms child molester and pedophile, and I think the difference is pretty huge.

Also, I think Iranians are Persians, not Arabs, and technically Arabs and Persians are all white, at least from a genetics perspective, but race as it's applied in racism is really a social construct, so the fact that they're genetically white doesn't matter.
