DC ripping off Marvel

Just read about DC's Bumblebee, which appears to be an obvious ripoff of Marvel's Wasp from 13 years earlier. What have you got to say for yourself Cash?

There's a first time for everything. Find a major character that DC ripped off from Marvel. Better yet find a major Marvel character, other than Spiderman, that isn't a rip-off. Marvel has basically taken Batman and Superman and divided everything they do between about a dozen characters each. Also, I like the Hulk better as an undead villain named Solomon Grundy.
