I was finally dropping off to sleep when it came up on BBC News 24 and I basically wailed to the heavens like a distressed animal. David Bowie was supposed to be immortal. That was the deal. And I know he is technically immortal but I mean the kind where you don't physically die.

As an homage, I just played "Let's dance" and "Under pressure" on my piano. The neighbors didn't complain, so maybe it wasn't that bad.

We had a minute's silence for David Bowie at work today. Alright, technically it was a minute of quiet reflection about our lives but I chose to reflect on David Bowie.
