Yeah, but he's in a county in the Appalachian Mountains that's 96% non-Hispanic white with the largest minority group being white Hispanics so the total is almost 98% white. That 96% is probably the lowest that county has ever been. Of the "Big Three" plantation crops, very little Polk County land is suitable for cotton or tobacco and none of it is suitable for sugar cane. So there were never many slaves in that county. This jackass has found the perfect place for his racist beliefs.
