Irritating viral videos of the white man

1. White man and woman in Target help poor black kid with a tie for an interview he had. They graciously offered him advice on how to present himself during the interview.

2. Black man is caught stealing baby food at a store as he can't afford to buy it to feed his baby. White cop who responds graciously pays for the stolen items and then lectures him on how stealing is bad.

3. Elderly black woman caught stealing a dozen eggs as she had no money to be able to feed her grandchildren. White cop who responds graciously pays for the stolen items and then lectures her on how stealing is bad.

4. White cops film themselves pulling people over and then giving them surprise Christmas gifts.

5. Black man who has been arrested and is at PD being processed when the white officer who was doing the processing falls to the ground in an apparently seizure. Black man kicks door to try and alert other offices of the issue.

Crap like this annoys me. It's all self congratulatory arrogance. Oh look, us white people are so benevolent to the lesser races. We pat their heads, have mercy on their crimes, and then remind them they shouldn't be committing those crimes all the while ignoring the root issues of why those black people were stealing in the first place. And then glorifying the white man for educating a black teenager on how to conduct himself...priceless. And then the patronizing story of the black man doing something so extraordinary, so out of character for "thugs" that we have to share it with the world because we are amazed that a minority could do something un thuggish.

That was just a few miles from me. To be fair, the news story I read about it didn't mention the race of either the kid or the Target employees. I didn't know there was a video.
