The Bible does not say that boys should not play with dolls.

Does this priest really believe what he is spewing? Or is it just a publicity stunt to find a buyer for his house?

My question is why did people never think girls might like to play with boy dolls also? After all girls play at house, recreating actual life rituals... so why were boy dolls missing for so long?
My then 3 year old son asked me for a doll because "my action toys need girls to play with like I do in school". I was a bit schocked because i had never thought of it that way.

@phe_de Maybe! :D

@Mur - Yeah, that was my first thought. If doll play is about simulating looking after a baby or child, it makes no sense there'd only be girls, and the fact that his mind immediately jumped to 'boy dolls' = 'making boys play with dolls' is... weird.

@aels It would, in fact, make an excellent song.
