IMDB boards are officially gone
About goddamn time, too. I won't miss them. They've been completely overrun with trolls for the past 4-5 years.

I haven't posted on the Pit very since the migration, but I was still posting on the video game boards page. Kinda sad that's gone. I know they've made a reddit board, but I use my reddit handle for a lot of different things that can be linked back to me. And I'd rather many of the people there not have my personal info.

It didn't have to go this way.
Again, if IMDB had bothered to upgrade their boards with a simple "Block" feature similar to Facebook to replace their stupid "Ignore" feature- which was a feeding frenzy call to every troll within a 5 mile radius- then the boards could've been salvaged. The fact that they were unwilling to take this step proves they didn't care about the board users.
