Well, gee. Don't I look silly now.
Lol, not really. Fuck him.

Re: John McCain
This health care bill stuff is far too confusing for me to begin to understand it. In the past 2 days, I've heard all of these following things, implying that there were at least 4 separate votes on 4 separate things:
1) McCain voted to continue debate on some bill. (A couple days ago)
2) McCain gave a speech saying that he would not support some bill, and then right after that he voted for that bill. (A couple days ago)
3) McCain voted against some bill. (A couple days ago)
4) McCain and 2 other republicans voted against some bill. (Last night)

Re: John McCain
No, that's pretty much it.
His first "vote" for the bill was mostly symbolic, I guess meant as a gauge to determine who did and didn't actually support it. From what I can tell it it didn't materially really do anything. The vote last night was what actually mattered and he voted against it. It's confusing a lot of people. I am of the opinion that it was all a performance so that he could prop up his ego, burnish his "maverick" brand, and get one last stroke from the media before he died. The lives of millions of people are all a game to him. Fuck him.

Re: John McCain
The lives of millions of people are nothing but a game to everybody in Congress with the possible exceptions of Sanders and Angus King. I'm not going to defend McCain except to say without him the non-healthcare bill would have passed the Senate because VP Penis would have cast his fourth tie-breaking vote in just the short time he's been in office. Goddamn Biden turned out to be the most useless VP in history. He literally did nothing noteworthy in eight fucking years. Meanwhile I'm just hoping Trump and Sessions decide to settle their differences the same way Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr settled theirs.
