Releasing my violent urges
If Dir(strFileName) <> "" Then Kill strFileName
Re: Releasing my violent urges
I'd recommend against running that.
I'd also recommend against using VB in general.

I second that. VB is generally not worth the hassle of remembering the syntax.

Part of my job is developing applications in the MS Office suite, so VBA is a lock.
And there's nothing wrong with the code snippet in the OP.

^ unless this is some new varient of the agile software development model, I feel you may have replied to the wrong thread! You could do what I always did and just be super shy and awkward until people either think you don't like them or they lose interest in you. Of course with me it wasn't really a conscious choice.

This was a reply on Anakin's thread that I thought got lost when my iPad bugged out and closed my browser as I clicked submit. I'm pretty sure I was on the right thread but maybe my VB didn't remember the syntax or something.
Can one of our awesome mod people fix it? If not, meh.
