People who dish out need to be able to take in.

I dropped by Breitbart and saw people stating as fact that there's some mysterious "suppressed" Swedish study that said 85% of post-op trans people kill themselves out of regret, and that the figure is 78% for Americans, which is a pretty amazing claim to make because I've known hundreds of US trans people online in passing and afaik only one of them committed suicide after transition due to society being terrible. Where are these mass suicides occurring? Was it at the Bowling Green Massacre? OR IS THIS THE TERRIBLE THING THAT HAPPENED IN SWEDEN OMG IT ALL FITS NOW

what sucks is that all those alternative facts - many of them thanks to Milo - are now being used as justification for policies, like the Trump administration's plan to remove protections for trans students.

I was pretty saddened to read about that this morning. For all my criticisms of Obama I thought he deserved a lot of praise for his push on trans rights. It is disappointing but not surprising that Trump is undoing that progress.

As much as I enjoy seeing Milo go down in flames, I am equally annoyed by Maher being able to take credit for it. I like watching "Real Time" because it's kind of an informative train wreck, but I don't like Bill Maher very much. He's a lousy comedian who can't keep a straight face during his own jokes, and he's the worst kind of liberal ideologue, playing up controversy to both sides as long as it puts money in his pocket.

Milo got away with being a white supremacist. I don't think liking a white supremacist is going to undo someone these days.

Words cannot express how much I want to see Bill Maher go down. He won't, because we live in a random godless universe, but he just repulses me on a purely visceral level so much. It's almost scary how much I dislike him. Before Trump I would have considered the person most representative of everything wrong with people in general.

I got no satisfaction out of seeing Richard Spencer punched. I could probably die happy if I see Bill Maher punched... in the face... really, really hard.

In fact I would probably die happy if I saw anyone on that panel Friday punched in the face, tbh.
