Yeah the script was really bad. I don't even know what they were thinking half the time. It seemed really disorganized.
Honestly I can't imagine Chris Pratt ever being a hardass, but I suppose with a really good writer it could possibly work.

Anyone else hear about the attempt to boycott this film due to referencing the, er, pachycephalusaurus?? as 'pachys'? Apparently there's a line where someone shouts "the pachys are out of containment". Americans may not see the issue so much, but in the UK at least, 'pachy' or 'paki' is a racist slur used against anyone from the Indian region.

I thought it was a derogatory term for a pachydermBlade Azaezel wrote:Anyone else hear about the attempt to boycott this film due to referencing the, er, pachycephalusaurus?? as 'pachys'? Re: I'm beyond excited for Jurassic Park
I saw someone argue that it wasn't racist, and it could only be considered racist if there happened to be a 'niggersaurus'. now, I get that the full title of that dinosaur is a scientific term, but i'd have thought there are ways to talk about said dinosaur without calling them "pachys", considering the connotations that come with the similar sounding slur.
