This is good. He improved the Jaguars while he was there. He's worked with highly successful defenses in Baltimore, Carolina and most recently Denver. Oakland's strength right now is their defense. This could be a very good year. We just need to invest in Derek Carr and not make the same mistake of ditching our quarterback at the first sign of trouble that we've done so many times before.
