Nick Bockwinkel died

Post by CashRules »

Yeah, I'm probably the only one here who was ever a fan of pro wrestling. Anyway, Bockwinkel was one of the greatest and actually made the "sport" a true art form. I watched him defend the AWA World Title against Jerry Lawler a dozen times in Memphis and Nashville and even though I was always a huge Lawler fan it was obvious why they wanted to keep the belt on Bockwinkel until he retired and Lawler had to wait for his chance at carrying the belt.

I was a fan of pro wrestling in high school. That basically the Rock v HHH era. Also when Mick Foley retired and then came back as himself instead of another persona.
