Super Bowl 50

Post by sikax »

Match-up of the two best defenses in the league, as it should be. Best quarterback in the league right now against the best quarterback of all-time. Denver was the best rushing team in the league the second half of the season. Carolina was the second best rushing team all year. This should be an excellent, excellent game. The main reason being that New England isn't participating.

If the Broncos win and Peyton does all the heavy lifting then I think he could be in the discussion of the GOAT, but in my opinion that distinction belongs to Brady at the moment, and this is coming from a Bills fan.

Peyton is the GOAT. Brady's a cheater. Yesterday's AFC championship game was the shit. I don't think the Super Bowl can top it.

My niece says New England lost because they had too many white guys trying to catch the ball. I'm surprised Brady could even walk after that game. Peyton has two weeks to prepare for the final game of his career. He doesn't have to be Peyton in his prime, he just has to be consistent enough and smart enough not to give the game away. Hopefully they won't give up a safety on their first snap.

Denver: 27
Carolina: 23

Anybody who knows anything about steroid abuse could look at Gronk's face in his interview after the game and know he was juicing. He's in the early stages of a new cycle and in a week his face will look like it's too big for his head. Of course, if it ever becomes "news" Belicheat won't know anything about it.

Obviously anything is possible, but after the championship games, not to mention the rest of the season, it's hard to believe anyone would expect Denver to have a chance here.

Peyton wasn't even healthy for the game and he has two weeks to get healthy.

I've always liked Manning, but I will always root for the young, cocky black guy just to piss off uptight white people.

Anybody else cry their eyes out realizing Peyton's probably done? That pregame interview with Coach Cowher just killed me.

^ Bitter and jealous

Oh, when they had all the previous Super Bowl MVPs walk out before the game, King Douche Brady was the only one who seemed incapable of standing on the marker everyone else stood on. He must have known his ass would have been booed into oblivion if he stood there for more than a second.

I'm just glad there are teams that can still play defense in a league that has tried to make defense illegal. Yesterday's game was refreshing.
