That curriculum doesn't say that though, and what's on there seems perfectly reasonable, apart from how I think everyone should have been given cupcakes.
My main quibble is their claim that white kids are born racist; if we're going by the definition of racism = power + prejudice, then the idea that white infants are born with a biologically innate sense of superiority is... pretty racist. If on the other hand they're talking about a natural aversion to people not in the in group, then sure, but it would also apply uniformly to all races. Everything else is socialisation.
