Had a wonderful conversation with a stranger this morning

Out of the blue, lady volunteers to tell me she just accidentally flushed some money down the toilet.
Me: Oh man, hope it wasn't a lot of money.
Her: It was 20 dollars! That's a lot to me.
Me: That sucks. That's a lot to me too.
(Her friend joins conversation. This is where it really gets fun)
Friend: Why didn't you reach down and get it??
Lady: 'Cause I took a shit..
Friend: So? You could have still gotten it.
Lady: Well, it was a lot!
Me:
