About half the commenters deserve to be beat with a stick. What the fuck is wrong with people who read an article about someone being harassed on a daily basis and reply with shit like this?:
At some point you need to grow up and learn coping skills and stop whining about imperfection and human nature.
Thats exactly what they should do, go automated, then the tolls can be cheaper, and no more whining .
Toll jobs are dwindling, keep complaining and they will all go to automated collections.. No jobs, no complaints.
Why do I see a big money grab lawsuit coming from a group of ever oppressed minorities.
this is why females belong in THIER (not mine) home, women need a safe space...AND THEY NEED TO STAY IN IT
More liberal nonsense.....
Oh no!!! People were LOOKING at her. Grow up.
These asshats aren't even doing this shit anonymously. What in the blue fucking hell is wrong with this fucking planet? We need a serious review of the homicide laws in this country because killing some people should not only be legal but encouraged.

I wanted to post on Anakin's thread yesterday that I genuinely believe that a lot people really don't deserve to be alive(especially in regards to aels' post about the trolls on Jezebel), but I think that might be a little psychotic.

(I mean...not that I would promote killing people, but I wouldn't care if they died, and I would probably be disturbingly pleased)

I don't give a shit if it's psychotic. That's something I've believed for going on about a decade now.

Where's that one rant I made on this board about the moral and intellectual baseline of humanity... it's here somewhere.

^ That's basically what I think.

As long as you're posting that from home everything's alright. But don't take a break for too long before going back to the kitchen.

I never spend too long out of the kitchen, that's where we keep all the food nomnomnom.

I read a lot of internet comments. This stuff isn't surprising any more. Still depressing though.

I'd be impressed if those people have honestly never complained about their jobs and would be satisfied if their boss suggested firing them to end the complaints.

Plus this means you get to control the food supply. It's really easy to poison people if they keep asking you to make them sandwiches.

EDIT: reading comments on the internet has actually started to have negative physical effects. After that previous Reddit thread I had a massive outbreak of mouth ulcers and my ears got stuffed up. I thought maybe I'd caught some bug, but one weekend without internet and it cleared up. Just now I wandered back to Reddit, started reading another bunch of people being horrible and my ears started blocking up again. But this is great because now I actually have health reasons to avoid the comments sections. I'll just give up on humanity and go do less stressful things like work.
