There are far too many such "places" thanks to the internet and way too many unused nuclear weapons.

To be honest, I don't think this type of responses is a particularity of reddit.
However, if 4chan was to be nuked, I don't think that sadness would be my most dominant emotion.

I'm shocked that phe de didn't give me a lecture on the evils of advocating the use of nuclear weapons against people who have unfavorable opinions.

More seriously, if I got my undies in a bunch everytime somebody said something of questionable intelligence on the Internet, I guess I would melt the chairs I was sitting on.

The problem is that when those sites shut down, its users spread out to contaminate the rest of the internet - which is what happened on Reddit when the worst subs were closed.

They didn't think it through, though. No one actually says 'Googles' and 'Skypes' because there are only one of each, and especially not in the same sentence. Should be pretty easy to get an algorithm out.

I'd say a good number of the posts are fairly positive in that thread at least, but it seems like the douchiest ones are the most upvoted.
