Pretty sure it's not satire.

But idk what to make of lines like "Singapore should not degenerate into a free-for-all where gay men can brazenly go around wrecking young boys' buttocks in the name of love"

and
What if my children saw this and asked "Mummy, why are the two men kissing?"

Would I have to answer "It's the same as normal love and marriage. The only difference is that one man opens his buttocks for the other man to put his private part inside but in the end, no babies come out. They only get AIDS"?!
implying that when her children ask why straight couples are kissing, she replies "Well, it's normal love and marriage. One woman opens her private part for the man to put his private part inside and in the end, sometimes babies come out and sometimes they get AIDS", which is both too much information for a young kid and also completely fails to answer the question.

I'm very concerned for her children.

Homophobes love being overly dramatic and paint this doom and gloom picture. I've seen varaitions of those arguments used so many times in what are meant to be serious discussions, that I have no doubt this person really is that full of shit.

But "Singapore should not degenerate into a free-for-all where gay men can brazenly go around wrecking young boys' buttocks in the name of love" is such hilarious phrasing that it simply has to be on purpose. No one can be that accidentally funny except Donald Trump, and that's too long a sentence for him.
