Let's see how long that lasts if it's appealed to the Supreme Court. "Weapons of war aren't protected by the Second Amendment", um...all weapons are weapons of war.

We have U.S. Representatives who think a ban on high capacity magazines would mean that a shooter would need to go with lower capacity magazines just as soon as they "use up" the existing high capacity mags. Because once you have fired all 30 rounds from a 30 round magazine it's no longer of any use and you need to buy another magazine before you can use your gun again. Yes, and when you run out of fuel in your vehicle you need a new fuel tank installed before you can drive again.
