Then, the very next day, the dashcam footage is released showing there can be no reasonable doubt the fucking cop murdered the guy. Exactly what the fuck was the jury shown in court?

Basically if you are afraid of black guys you can kill us. You can see from the footage that the cop was genuinely afraid, so that's all that really counts apparently. Same defense that female cop used recently. Doesn't matter that the fear is irrational, and based on racist stereotypes...and the drastic decision is rationalized by the unconscious perception of black lives as less valuable. Never mind that this decision will get more black people killed, since it validates the idea that being "afraid" is all that matters. Or maybe cops could do their fucking jobs and not behave as if their lives are more important than civilians they pulled over/confronted. Maybe if you're such a fucking pussy you shouldn't be pulling people over who are minding their own business. Or...I mean...not be a fucking cop in the first place.

Not sure if the picture I saw was real, but the cop was apparently wearing a "police lives matter" wrist band on the day of the shooting too. Which tells you everything you need to know about the guy's mindset.
