New movies that aren't remakes, reboots, or sequels

They do exist! There's some trailers out there for movies that I really want to see. Here's a couple.

I really want to see those DESPICABLE ME movies. The original film and the sequels. They appeal to me from what I've heard and the little I've seen of them on TV.

I've seen Wakefield, and it's a literary adaptation and probably inspired by Rear Window anyways.
