Um, not sure? I see "Your message has too few characters" if I try to click "post" without having typed anything at all. Other than that, not sure what you saw. I was able to post several messages within a few seconds; so no time limit. And you're saying that something was posted without you ever clicking "submit"?

problem 1 -I type a whole paragraph it was on the monty thread then I click submit and i got your message has too few characters
problem 2 - I typed another reply and was going to add something more when i go you can't post a message so soon after another and confused I scrolled down and there was my partial post already posted..
Both things happened yesterday and both happened every time I tried to post yesterday.
It seems to be gone this morning.
