stuffed chicken breast

Made some stuffed chicken breast today to the delight of my household.

Used spinach and cheese and a butter / olive oil sauce.... creamy and dreamy.

That sounds amazing. I had been sick for three days prior to today so haven't eaten much and now I'm STARVING. Gonna go get a steak somewhere. [yes]
