Text messaging makes people stupid.

I was on the tractor this morning. I wasn't really doing any work, I just like riding a tractor because that's how I roll. ![[none]](./images/smilies/none.gif "none")
While I was on the tractor my baby sister texted me "Can you change a flat tire for me?" I would have been more than happy to change a tire for her except for one problem, I couldn't hear the three short beeps of a text message over the sound of a running tractor. At about the same time she texted her daughter, niece/lesbian #1, to get her to ask me if I could change a flat tire for her. The only problem here is, her daughter was helping me and also couldn't hear the beeps of a text message over the sound of farm equipment. About three hours later I got another text from her saying "Thanks a lot." She also texted lesbian #1 saying the same thing, to which lesbian #1 muttered "What the fuck?" So I looked at my texts and saw the first one she sent. I then called my darling sister explaining we were both working at the time and it might help if she tried calling instead of just texting. She acted like that was the craziest thing she ever heard in her life. Who would use a phone to call somebody? Then after I hung up my niece texted her and said "Momma, you're insane." There was no reply so I said "She must be driving a tractor."
