It's long, longer than one of DA's posts, but worth the read, giving a perspective on belief and non-belief in the Middle-East and north Africa that we practically never get to see through western media.

Good read. All I can say is that it sucks things like this need to be written to convicne Westerners that not all Arabs are super zealous Muslims, or Muslims at all. I mean, to me it's intuitive not to assume that a huge chunk of the world all thinks the same. Hopefully this shines some light on silly stupid people.
