So I saw this the other day. You may remember hearing about 'mattress girl' who carries around her mattress as part of her senior art project after her alleged rapist basically walks free. Apparently the alleged rapist is now suing the school for allowing a toxic environment for him at the school, where he complains about being shunned by other students and student run organizations. He claims that because they spoke after the alleged raping through messages on Facebook that seemed largely normal, implying that the raping didn't occur. What I hate about this article is that it makes it seem like she's some crazy, stalker bitch or something. So rape certainly isn't something I've ever had to deal with personally, but I can imagine that a victim doesn't always know how to react after being raped. Especially given that the two of them were very close prior to the incident - he wasn't some guy she just met the day of the raping.
I searched around, and found a Jezebel article on it. In this, Sulkowicz provides context to the messages.

Basically, as I suspected, she didn't quite know how to react after the rape and didn't want to talk about it through Facebook. So she tried playing it cool until they could talk in person.
Anyway, fuck that dude and fuck Reason.com. There's also like two other people who have claimed that he raped or tried to rape them, and I'm amazed the first article didn't even mention this or bother contacting Sulkowicz for a comment.
