Feminism has gone too far. It's ruined the true family dynamic and made it way too hard for men to find women who want to be protected and taken care of like nature intended. Women are physically weak and their inherent nature is for childbearing. The man's job has always been to protect and care for the weaker sex. FEMINISM TOOK OUR JERBS.

I swear I will never understand the argument that women are the physically weaker sex so their job should be pregnancy, something that takes an enormous physical toll on the body and involves bleeding and tearing and screaming and badness, but also women shouldn't be in combat because we can't handle bleeding and screaming and badness and what I am basically saying is that misogynists make absolutely no sense ever.

I have the region free 3-D version of BatB, but had to import it from your side of the pond because all versions here are vaulted. That's how far I will go to complete my collection. Yeah but Beauty and the Beast is about a grumpy guy who tries to avoid social interaction and then gets to touch a brunette lady's bottom so I feel like I can appeal to him on an emotional level.

I am not calling Brandon a beast though, he is super cute.

I liked it when I first saw it. It's lost so much for me over the years. Now I see it and roll my eyes and turn into Clint Eastwood from Gran Torino and feel like telling David Fincher to get off my lawn. It's like a bunch of high school freshmen read "Animal Farm" for the first time and crapped out an anti-government short film. Super edgy.

I've grown a healthy hatred for David Fincher. He bores the shit out of me.

I think David Fincher is not that good. Overrated. Including Zodiac.

Zodiac is the exception for me. It isn't Fincher's usual style. Or my love for Jake Gyllenhaal makes it OK.

Mark Ruffalo is the best thing in that movie tho.

Yeah, he is. He has really good social positions apart from that, IMO, but that doesn't cancel out the Trutherness.

I utterly love Se7en and Zodiac and I really liked The Social Network. I used to love Fight Club but I've kind of gone off it over the past few years because it is basically just a bunch of whiny dudes complaining about how it's really hard to navigate masculinity these days and also consumerism is bad and I have met way too angsty nihilist teens online to have much patience with that these days. Haven't seen any of his other stuff. Actually, I think I saw part of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo but it was like 2AM FIlm4 watching and that doesn't count because you're half asleep anyway.

The Trutherness doesn't cancel out all the other good stuff either. It's pretty mild in comparison to everything else he's said/done.

David Fincher sucks indeed a lot. He's boring.
