My facebook news feed is littered with many angry US Citizens over the few viral pictures of people walking all over the flag. Every single post is telling these people to GTFO out of the US etc...

I'm just kinda wondering why they are so utterly blinded to the fact that we live in an Oligarchy society and that the American Flag represents hate, racism, poverty, hunger, and all the other terrible things our Corporate and Racist Government inflicts upon the disenfranchised.

The blind patriotism seems to come mainly from the middle class...

Well to be fair, the flag isn't supposed to touch the ground...

Yeah, just another draconian attempt at controlling the masses and brainwashing with patriotism.

People being allowed to walk on flags openly is ironically one of the better things about this country.

To be honest, I haven't seen other countries that take their flags that seriously as the U.S. I think a lot of countries just might find it disrespectful, but they don't worship the state they live in as much as some of you guys. Not all americans. Whatever. Stop being crazy dammit!
