Yup. Education and access to contraceptives is UTTERLY useless in preventing abortion. I..... I hate people.

But you know what does help? Having a president who says "I'm pro-life". Yup. As long as we have a president who says the magic words "I'm pro-life", then abortion won't be an issue anymore. It's only because we have an evil president who uses the magic words "I'm pro-choice" that abortion is a problem.

That's even more stupid than what I imagined they were going to say instead (i.e. abstinence).

The abortion rate is at its lowest level in nearly 40 years—which is significantly linked to a general reduction in overall pregnancies.

So, the question becomes: why has there been a reduction in overall pregnancies? Is it because people are fucking less, or because they know how to use contraception and have access to contraceptives?

How is this a mystery to people?
