The gist: threw a wine bottle at his girlfriend, arrested and released on $5,000 bond, ordered not to have any conflict with the victim and to turn over all firearms that he owns. Plans to plead not guilty.

Some gems from his lawyer include: "(He) has not been lucky with the ladies." and "Anyone who has been through what he has would have a rough time."

Aww, poor guy.

Man, at this point you'd almost think Zimmerman was a poor thinker with a short fuse who quickly moves to an unnecessarily violent reaction...
