Judge is horrific nightmare person to children

So a 15 year old was sent to a juvenile facility for refusing to have a relationship with his father, and then his younger siblings were sent there too. From what I can tell, it's not legal and the transcript is horrifying and I kind of want to hit the judge with a kipper.
