What would make the new Star Wars film worth watching?

Leia is the new Sith Lord, er Sith Lady. Palpatine found the real Leia as a child and replaced her with a clone who has been in sleeper mode ever since. Now Palpatine appears to Leia in a dream, she realizes her true purpose, and the force awakens. Sith Leia then slaughters Luke, Han and Chewbacca as the credits roll.

That sounds like an idea from George Lucas that would be terribly executed.
