It's a sequel short to Frozen that premiered with Cinderella (2015). Elsa wants to throw a birthday party for Anna to make up for all the birthdays she missed, but the stress of wanting to make it perfect causes her to get a cold. Her powers make absolutely no sense here (even less so than in the movie), so I don't consider it canon. It's cute & sweet, but it's basically a 4 minute song that can be annoying. It does at least build a little more on the sisters' relationship.

All in all, won't be an Oscar Nom, but fun if you enjoyed the original.
