The Welsh language is fucking bananas and I'm allowed to say that because it shares the same language tree as the equally bananas Cornish language. Welsh is a language that gave us the slang terms 'popty ping' and 'pysgod wibbly wobbly' (the real words for microwave and jellyfish are 'meicrodon' and 'sglefrod môr', I think, but popty ping and pysgod wibbly wobbly are 100x more fun).

Never trust people who think w is a vowel.

The Welsh need to trade some of their consonants for some of the Hawai'ian vowels.
