You know what I miss? Those games we used to play. Screenshot quizes, "Marv's game"... I think there were some others maybe. We need to do that again. Someone make a screenshot quiz!

The ones I like making are aerial shots of cities or sports stadiums and no one ever participates.

Is "Marv's game..." some sort of spot the racist douchebag competition?

Ha. No, it was that one where you very vaguely described a movie plot, and people had to guess the movie. Alternatively, you would describe the movie title by replacing the words with synonyms.

Malk used to do those a lot.

I forgot about Malk. I know some people really disliked her, and her behavior when she left was certainly... suspicious; but I always liked her.

I got on fine with her for the most part but I went off her massively at the end. She kept with some really shitty company. And then Brandon drove her away by stalking her

I just didn't care about her, then she went and did a Chuppah. I only like about 3 of you anyway

Malk was cool in my book until she totally freaked out about that Wikipedia thing. That was weird.

I will! Not, you know, straight away because I do what I want and also my dad is still sick and keeping me awake and tired and also I have a hen do on Sunday and the wedding on Wednesday and everything is kicking off at work and aaaah, aaaaaaaaaaaaah, but theoretically I will have more creative free time now and may actually think about maybe starting to consider imagining doing some creative writing theoretically.

Fairy snuff. I am looking to do maybe just a 10,000 word short story, or overly long chapter, focusing on my characters and kinda expanding them a bit. I have a week booked off work starting on the 28th, so I may well look into doing something creative then.

I have got to stop procrastinating and write something but I'm always either tired or too scared to start.

I am the only person in the world to have a physical copy of Blade Azzy's book.

Haha, well tiredness is fair enough, at least don't be scared, aels. Just write something. even if it's crap, you'll have something to work from and you'll only get better with the practice as your own writing style develops

Do I, yes. My own writing isn't that great, but it gave me something to fill the vast amounts of unemployed time I had. I also think I did improve as I continued. re-reading some of my original work is just cringe worthy

I missed what happened when she left.

Basically she just acted odd about leaving. She posted on the board saying that she wouldn't say why she was leaving, but that she'd told a couple people in a PM. Then she also posted on IMDB asking if anyone knew of a way to get in touch with some poster that was both here and there... as if she didn't know she could just send him a PM on this board (the last version of this board I think). And she also made some post on IMDB saying something like "see, this is why I left" or such.

Strange.

A more complete version:

Malk mentioned one day she had just started editing articles on Wiki. Shortly after that I had been editing some articles on Wikipedia for several days when I ran across some edits by a new editor who seemed very familiar for some reason. So I took a closer look at this editor's page and the topics that she liked to edit and realized fairly quickly it was Malk. There was no doubt about it, it was her. The exact topics she always spoke about here were the ones she chose to start and edit articles about on Wiki. She had the same style, the same sentence structure, the same word choice and everything. So, on the board before this one I made a passing comment that was something like "Hey Malk, I found your Wiki account." I was even going to follow that up by noting she was doing a good job, even exceptionally good for someone who was new to Wiki. But I never got the chance to make any such follow-up post because she went ballistic and accused me of stalking her. I didn't link to the account and I never have. For all anyone knows it's not her, but you can take my word for it because it is her. Then the situation Gendo mentions happened where she wouldn't give the reason she was leaving the board but did make sure to mention that my "stalking" her did make her uncomfortable. I know the real reason even though she supposedly only shared it with a few but I have never said anything to anyone just as I've never linked her Wiki account and I never will. So then she shows back up on IMDB, being buddies with Vegas and Marv and making passive-aggressive comments about this board to the point that even Castor, who up until then had been somewhat of a Malk supporter, told her she was being passive-aggressive. That's when she made a comment to the effect of "See? This is the type of shit I'm talking about. I don't have time for this." Meanwhile she remains a pretty damn good Wiki editor so maybe that's the best environment for her as far as the internet is concerned.

I can't do screenshot quizzes, but I dused off an old chestnut.

I'd forgotten that we used Sketchtoy for guessing games. Yeah we should do that again too. Thanks for making the other game too!
