I feel like Liszt is mixing up narcissism and sociopathism. Narcissists think that they are way more important than they really are; that they are better than other people. But they don't necessarily lack empathy.

I am better than other people, except Aelmai. There's no "thinking" about it. It's just an objective fact.

I think I know a narcissist. I realise that the timing of that makes it sound like I'm talking about Brandon but I really do think I know a woman who is a narcissist. That or borderline personality disorder and I can't decide. From what I understand, people with NPD generally do have impaired empathy though, or at least very atypical empathy.

I also had a hard time escaping a girl like that too. I have problems on my own, but getting involved with people like that affects your life in some other weird level, is something I don't recommend. It's the kind of empathy that says "I won't rape you because poor me, my social life would be over and that would be devastating for me. The girl I like won't talk to me again" Nice that they have that kind of consideration, for them. I guess.

It's just creepy ass shit, run away from those people at the first sign of fuckedupness. Run! RUUUN!!!!
