Seriously, the only time I've been able to find nail clippers is packaged with some sort of home manicure/pedicure kit. Dammit, I just want to clip my nails, not file them down to perfection.
And damned if I can't find combs despite looking in hair care sections of various stores.
Where the fuck do I find nail clippers & combs?

Drug stores. Any Wallgreens, CVS, Rite Aide, etc; should have them individually.

I've found that fingers make a fine comb, and teeth suffice as nail clippers.
