Got there via some ad, and they had a customer service chat open so I proceeded to morally berate them.

"ok," the guy said, after giving an obviously copypasted answer about how it's not their responsibility if their customers decide to plagiarise the essays that were custom-written for them (with free unlimited revisions!), because they seek to promote 'learning, not cheating'. *facepalm*
it's also ridiculous that they announce all over that their services are not cheating and are "100% plagiarism free!!!" when their WHOLE BUSINESS MODEL runs on plagiarism.
I don't think they actually know what plagiarism or cheating means.
I mean, I know there are tons of such services around, but the level of dishonesty and twisting of definitions they use to make it sound like they're not actually helping students to cheat is enraging. I spent so many sleepless nights in university trying to finish term papers, and these jerks were paying other people to do their work for them and ace the course with no effort on their part. Or the essays that we need to write in applying for universities, or scholarships, or jobs, stuff that has a significant impact on one's future and whose opportunities will, because of this phenomenon, get even more skewed towards the rich and untalented.
a testimonial from another site: “Just wanted to send a note to say thanks. Your paper helped me get a 2:1 for my degree!! I can now apply for my Masters! Thanks ever so much!! Do you write to Masters level?" - Lucy, Stratford-upon-Avon
