You have to read that article carefully to realize who fucked up here. When it says the girl was moved to a neighboring state and the judge initially refused to allow a DNA test, the first thing that comes to mind for most (as evidenced by most of the comments) is that it was a U.S. judge in a U.S. state that fucked up. However, she was moved from the Mexican state to a neighboring Mexican state where a Mexican judge caused this massive shitstorm of stupid. The article is so terribly written the author should be shot and people need to study geography and stuff to know that Mexico is also divided into states. Basically, everybody fucked up except the U.S. which is entirely blameless, as always.
