So here's the deal. My graduation day is going to cause some drama.

Not going to go into much detail about this but this is pretty much what I did. I wrote my thanks and dedications and handed it over to the secretary thing but there's a couple of problems with that:

1. I did not thank God: The academic secretary already knows I'm atheist and socialist and I hate the U.S. Almost everyone at Uni knows that except my family who are christians, think anything from the left is demonic and think the U.S is Jesus who actually have a right to abuse us. So if anything of those topics rise up in conversation after the fact. My father is bound to be offended.

2. I thanked some people certain members of my family hate: So again, drama after the fact, for having the name of someone they despise be forever printed on my work.

So.... I think I just screwed myself over.

I really can't have nice things.

She was the one who said that first. Which made me go "Yes. That's exactly why I didn't. We are not that kind of people who do that."
And we kind of aren't.

Also it does sound extremely fake. Because I started writing it weeks ago, and I just couldn't write something that sounded genuine. All the thanks go "To God. For making everything possible and giving me life. For giving me strength" or stuff like that. It's just too cheesy and just fake.

I'm not good at showing feelings especially feelings I don't feel. My thank pages are sour and right to the point. I didn't even include a list for my friends. I have problems with people and people who think are friends with me might get offended that I didn't include them or forgotten them. If I lived in a more free society I would have included OGL for shits and giggles, it was partly his fault I wrote that whole thing anyway.

No. The thing hasn't happened yet. My dad is going to be pissed and both my grandmas are going to think God is going to somehow punish me or curse my thesis and if something goes wrong is because I didn't write God in a piece of paper.
