Chipotle Bans GMO Ingredients

I don't get why.

I mean, there's a panic out there about how horrible GMO is for humans and we need to stop eating it because it kills rats who eat it, and makes their babies smaller, and entire herds of cows died after breaking out of their pasture and chomping down on a soy field planted with GMO seeds. But, there is no data to support this panic. None. Zip. Zero.

I just don't get it. Over 70% of GMO seed is used to grow food to feed our meat. And that's been happening for well over 2 decades now and them darn cows don't seem to be dying from horrible diseases and whatnot from GMO produce. And with the current actual research there is no evidence that GMO is harmful to humans.

So WTF? I'm somewhat irritated after reading that stupid article especially considering they claim to be doing it to make their food healthier for people which is utter bullocks because to make their food healthier they'd have to stop making it because it's so full of fat and calories and death.

Luckily we have real Mexican food here so I don't go to Chipotle. If I want fake Mexican food I just go to Taco Bell.
