If you live in one of those four state/one territory then you may soon need to have a passport to fly even if you never leave the U.S. It's obviously Obama's fault.

According to the article I read about this thing; 65% of Americans have a passport. (I could be misremembering the number, but it was close to that). I was really surprised; I would have guessed it would be closer to 15% or so. Lots of Americans have never left the country.
